Fairford might be cancelled tomorrow, it is today and if the water dosen't drain away then i doubt it will go ahead tomorrow. They will announce if its on or off by 4pm BST

You need to get your info correct. It was Stanley airfield that the Vulcan hit. Goose Green grass airfield was bombed by RAF and RN Harriers. The Vulcans also conducted anti-radar missions with Shrike missiles that the Harriers couldn't carry. The runway was damaged at Stanley which hampered the Argentine use. They couldn't land fast jets after the damage. The damage to the runway was even a prob after the conflict during post conflict F-4 Phantom operations. It had to have more repairs
