I HAVE TYPE 2 DIABETES

Back

There are 20.8 million children and adults in the United States, or 7% of the population, who have diabetes. While an estimated 14.6 million have been diagnosed with diabetes, unfortunately, 6.2 million people (or nearly one-third) are unaware that they have the disease.

Hello Ockteby
Glad I spotted your video.

I do no excercise whatever . I have diabetes 2 and depression but your idea of dancing to music sounds good.
I am going to give it a go for a couple of weeks and see how I feel after that.

I am 55 years old but i enjoy techno music, so that is going to be my dance music.
What music do you use

cheers John

No one could speak truer words about exercise! A treadmill is hateful and a stationary bicycle is boring, but, I love my bike! I have just very recently begun a stringent exercise routine (can't say I like it much, but I am trying) and I very much regret not starting 15 years ago. Exercise can prevent having to take pills - my goal is to toss my blood pressure pill in a year's time.
Good on you for working hard enough to maintain your disease on your own. - roc

The more you do it the easier it gets.

Do you know of GlyPerfect? It addresses Kv1.3+; the channel necessary for proliferation of CD 4 and CD 8 NK T-Cells that cause diabetes. It closes down
the channel where killer cells inflame the pancreas and restores function.

I'm not familiar with that product. The proper treatment of diabetes depends on proper diagnosis of the cause. The pituitary gland and it's role in diabetes is not currently assessed so it is never treated. This is the starting point.

There are competing theories for the cause of diabetes. GlyPerfect is said to specifically address Kv1.3+; the gene channel necessary for proliferation of CD 4 and CD 8 NK T-Cells that cause diabetes. This is established in many medical journals. Google on Kv1.3+ diabetes. There may be pituitary involvement too. What counts more than any theory is what reverses symptoms.

Treating the pituitary definitely improves blood sugar values. I will put some blood sugar values and the treatment on here soon. One over active anterior pituitary type recently dropped from 160mg to 114 with 2ru of estrogen and his dental treatment isn't complete yet.Controlled diet each time.
