I had the same problem before until I realized what I was doing wrong. The very last part after solving the corner pieces, make sure you do the "D" (Ri Di R D) BEFORE you turn the top layer to solve another corner piece. Trust me, it will work.

I had the same problem before until I realized what I was doing wrong. The very last thing when you solve the corner pieces, make sure you DON'T skip the "D". Before you turn that top layer to solve another corner piece, turn that bottom layer. Do the whole Ri Di R D. People are forgetting the "D" part before they turn the top layer.
