The 2K22M Tunguska-M1 (Russian 2К22 "Тунгуска" - Tunguska River) is a Russian tracked self-propelled anti-aircraft weapon armed with surface-to-air gun and missile system. It is designed to provide day and night protection for infantry and tank regiments against low-flying aircraft and helicopters in any weather condition. The complete system is designated 2K22M, with the vehicle designated 2S6M. The missile system uses the 9M311 Tunguska (SA-19) missile.

as far as technology goes i dunno about that but pretty much anything other then land ops i wouldn't think they could hold out long so really i'm gonna disregard the Germany part of the last message being from the states ill say we have a good military but certainly not the best if your going on the get in and blow everything to living hell tactic sure but other wise i wouldn't say the U.S. has a great military
