The story was set in the 80's after a nuclear release right? I thought soviet missiles would be nuke tipped in that situation.... then all hell will broke loose

The Aegis, SEA RAM, SM2, SM3, etc are all not 100% effective, not even close, hence why, saturation attacks with massive missiles still work.

1 hit from a Kh-22 or Kh-32 (what's now being integrated on to Backfires) will blow a cruiser/destroyer in 2, and disable a flight deck. Just 1. LOLUYANKESS MAD?

Actually, even 12 Tu-22 attacking from the starboard side, another 12 Tu-22 attacking from the port side, & 12 Tu-22 attacking frontally, the US carrier plus its escorts of 1 GM cruiser, 2 GM destroyers, 3 frigates, & 1 supply ship, can withstand these aerial attacks from 3 sides.

this is a great part of the movie but someone should put up the part where the F-16s drop the smart bombs on the russian airports, that part is awsome aswell.
