"lol" or "rori" in romaji isn't always involved with hentai. It is derived from a very old Russian novel called lolita.
The Japanese have been using the term loli-con or rorikon for around 15 years from that novel. Which means lolita complex.

As to how "complex" is shortened to "con" I don't know, (where did the N come from) but that is what the Japanese call it.

rorikon is basically a person obsessed with underage girls.

In the west, it is hentai related... that is how we do...

in lucky star I prefer the dubbed version cause it was boring for this anime to watch in Jpn version cause I do not know what the heck they say in there however, py line was "I will watch anime that suite me and I can understand the story. Even thoug hsome say that the story are vierd off little bit, I will watch it cause undestand is my pirority do agree on that?

ohh yeah but not too abvious to sex appeal my nees watch this anime in english version so when she saw the bath scene she stillwatch that is that ok?? she just 9 years old she she also watch Popotan. Is popotan a hentai aswell ??

I don't think there is anything in Lucky Star that would scar a nine year old.

I'm not sure of the content in Popotan.
I know it comes from a hentai game. But the anime may or may not have "ecchi" material in it. Lucky Star should be safe though.
