One must keep in mind that Israel and Turkey are allies and friends. Turks and Jews have lived together. We have military exercises together, both Mousad and MIT share intelligence in the never ending battle against terrorism. The middle east is a delicate and beautiful region. Granted there are fanatics on all sides, but the vast majority of people want to live together in peace. By being allies and friends, we can help to maintain that peace and provide some form of stability to the region.

dear salomon, we turks feel the pain of palestine and we turks feel israels pain.
of course we also know about the alliance and friendship between israel and turkiye but we as a country with a dominating muslim population have the right to critize the current politics of todays world because nobody said something about our dead bosnian brothers, dead chechen brothers, dead iraqis, dead algerians, dead afghan civil people and the israel/palestine conflict (with more muslim victims) TR = peace!

Kardesim, I have been fighting for the rights and recognition of not only our own Turkish people who have suffered at the hands of Greeks and Armenians, but also our fellow muslim brothers in Bosnia, Chechenia and just about everywhere else on this planet for almost 40 years! I have done so by using the power of the pen and voice in the US Congress, as well as select members of the UN! I have put my life on the line against ASALA terrorist sympathizers! I've dealt with fanatics from all sides!

So you see, you are not alone in this fight. As a free nation and peoples, we certainly have the right to voice our oppinions as a protest! But not at the expense of innocent people! When even one innocent person dies as a result, then what have we really become? Believe me when I tell you that I know all about death and killing (more than you can ever imagine). Where does it stop...when there's no one left on the planet? The key is to find a common ground where equilibrium can be achieved!
