God bless the Motherland and the people that spring forth from it.
And God bless any man that can wear those pants and not only be cool but be hot!

Fela is a man that stood up to the Nigerian govt in a time NO ONE would, he paid for it dearly with ass whoppings "literally" and the death of his mum. Whats even amazing is he fought a whole govt and and institution with music. Thats how powerful his music was and is. As a Nigerian iam proud of what he stood for.
As for the numerous women he dealt with, number 1 thats none of your concern and 2 if its consentual who the hell cares. RIP BABA FELA

That is truly amazing. Fela took on a dictatorship all by himself and sadly he didn't see his victory. This is a powerful story unto itself. Thank you, Gabejnir for enlighten me on your comment. I was thinking about that.

Good memories here with Fela. Many nights spent sitting smoking and talking. Thank you Fela for befriending this white boy.
