awesome kip up style! some people do it by just pulling their legs back hold them and then push them up ... i do it just like you like a bounce down and up .. it looks a lot cooler.. watch my kipus.. and comment what you think..if i can improve something ;)..10x

yup, its 10. hated the thunderplains. because I went through em when I was sick so Id always have my eyes closed for a cough or sneeze or somthing and then bam, fuckin thunderbolt
