There are many factors that lead to the obesity of American's. I am obese and I will admit a lot of it was my own fault, for eating wrong, etc.

I only have an average IQ, I don't have a degree, and i live in a town where i can't make good wages or move away.

So what choices do I have? I'd LOVE to eat fresh organic vegetables on a daily basis and food that is good for me. But as you know that shits a hell of a lot more expensive. So I guess if you don't make enough you eat fat.
