Improved radar and software updates. the f-117 is not even close to invisible to radar. It still must dodge doppler radar to attain its stealth characteristics.

Russia successfully conducted last year live firing tests of the S-400 air defense range 400 kilometers (250 miles), twice the range of the U.S. MIM-104 Patriot, and 2.5 times that of the S-300PMU-2.

The system is also have high capability to destroy stealth aircraft, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles, with an effective range of up to 3,500 kilometers (2,200 miles) and a speed of up to 4.8 kilometers (3 miles) per second.

the only way to shoot down a stealth is either a dog fight with guns, or the bombing bay is open, whcih they fixed.

You're too funny, modern specialized Russian radars like Nebo or the passive radars (Kolchuga-equivalent) will have no problem tracking down any Stealth plane you send at em.
