i dont know if any of u guys know that the rooivalk is an south african helicopter only!! im south african and next to the comanche and apache the rooivalk kicks ass!!!!!

jea, its 3rd or 4th, on the list, 1apache 2comanche 3Cobra 4th Rooivalk. But the shit thing is it doesnt come out with guns and rockets, it has to be installed later.

Foreign diplomatic sources have indicated that the European company has warned countries interested in buying the Rooivalk that they could not be guaranteed the support they would need for the engines and dynamics. This effectively killed off any remaining interest in the Rooivalk.

Rooivalk is very heavily dependent on French technology, now the property of Eurocopter, yet Denel tried to export the Rooivalk not only without Eurocopter's prior agreement and support, but actually in open competition (for example, in Australia) with Eurocopter's own Tiger.
