I decided to do a video from his point of view, and this song is so very fitting.He asks her to finally choose....is she gonna leave or stay? She decides to stay, and so we get a happy ending. Only this time, it is Rolfe who is haunted by memories of the beautiful Pocahontas, which inculdes recieving the kiss they never shared.

She choose John Rolf because in the real life she married him.
There was a John Smith but they were barely aquaintence and he was much older than her.
In the book BURY MY HEART AT WOUNDED KNEE
there is a passage that explains Pocahontas and Rolf's story.
