Yes, but if you really wanted to get technical you can say that there is no such concept of victory at all. Keep things in perspective friend. victory is subjective. Even Saddam thought he "won" Gulf War I.

I am keeping things in perspective, I think it's hard to say anyone won the Korean War - even the Chinese, who had the only Army that didn't forfeit any ground that they had won, lost so many troops that it seems rather redundant anyway.

Whoa someone's mad they didnt get that scholarship and realized that paying attention in high school actually mattered. If you read my comment I said 'income' meaning I have a job it's hard to save when you only work 15 hours a week and have to pay off $60,000 in student loans with another year to go.
