I really like how the camera is so active in this video. It's like the viewer is dancing. As always radiohead doesn't disappoint with their video. So refreshing to see music videos used expressively, and I'm sure this was done a relatively small budget to boot.

To me it looks like the camera is strapped onto the bicycle helmets they're wearing so it constantly looks straight into their eyes. Kind of cool in my opinion.
