11 years ago today, October 12, 1997, he died. I'm only 17 and my mom introduced me to one of his songs, and I was instantly attached. His songs are nothing like I have ever heard, and they are so inspiring to me. Truly, he will live in my heart, and be passed on for my kids to enjoy. May he rest in the deepest of peace, he was a beautiful man.
