haha NO....
It's called physics... it's balancing everthing. See how the handles of the spoon and fork are behind the point where the tooth pick is balancing on the glass... it's very simple... anyone can do it...

That's no magic to me; It was very likely a strong glue (like super glue) was used to glue the toothpick to the glass edge and the cutlery hung on it. Why did not the fire go beyond the attached toothpick (with the glass) and continue burning to reach the cutlery, then we may not it might be magic? Also at the end, when the toothpick was removed, I still saw a small patch of detached toothpick still stuck to the glass edge indicating that it might have been super glued.

no oxygen on the bottom side of the toothpick there for the whole thing cant light and it dies out .. duh. like the dollar and cig trick.. wrap a dollar around your wrist very tight then hold a lit cigarette too it.. wont even cinge the paper but will melt your skin lol. good trick to play on your friends.
