with the theory of ten dimensions, are we not assuming that every scenario is played out? if this is so, wouldnt there be a parralell universe where we as a people have worked the whole thing out and found a way to bend dimensions and inform all the other dimensions including ourselves at an earlier date to today as to how it works thus meaning if the theory is correct we would already have been informed ofit by now? in conclusion i believe that the theory of ten dimensions is complete bollocks.

REVISED:thats assuming that us interfering wouldnt change the knowledge weve attained in our(or the advanced knwldge dimension). would it be worth risking the consequences to change a parallel universe with knwldge, which may or maynot effect our own, for "their" benefit? why should we be concerned about "them?" you also have to consider that were a violent species and a people with that knwldge may have genetically altered themselves in order to remove violence toward oneanother jst-rndm-thghts

you also have to consider that maybe they(we)'ve already traveled to the parallels. whos to say that "aliens" aren't US(THEM) from either a parallel or the future, OR BOTH? fun subject even if you dont believe any of it! lol :P

You've never heard of him because, put simply, you're an ignoramus. Ed Witten is one of the most influential figures among physicists and mathematicians.
