Right Helliconian, I'm not sure what point you're trying to make but it seems utterly wrong.

First of all you cannot see the length of an object unless you can also see it's width.

Also, when people said the wall could be seen from space, they defiantely meant it literally. It was even stated so in chinese text books. besides, the great wall of china wasnt the only long ancient work of men
