no, it does not include drug abuse, because combinations of drugs like cocaine and meth are directly abused, and most others are "designed" to get one addicted, and drugs do not cause physical pain, they're usually made to relieve it, and then some, cutting actually causes extreme physical pain, drugs are for the idiotic, because addictions can be lethal... cutting though, is different, drugs you have to get dedicated to, pay money for it, but cutting, well, it's not hard to find sharp objects
