nope jetman is wrong..the russian have the new stealth technology that using plasma shield to be invisible to radar and also their missiles technology have just reach its highest level when Putin announced their ICBM can dodge any American missile defense. So imagine their small air to air missiles.

Su 37 is nothing more than a updated Su 27. Inferior to F22. Not even worth debating. Even the latest Russian stealth design T50 is a direct copy of F22.
Russia is too poor to produce any significant numbers of planes now.
