It makes me laugh whenever i imgained an enemy target mistaking the launch system as a toilet, lol he would be flying off the sky with a "SMART MISSLE" in his ASS! LOL!

This cold be perfect bait, lie in wait with a .50BMG anywhere in a 1.5 mile diameter circle around it and shoot anyone who tampers with it or fires a rocket at it. As to the idea of using a multi million dollar weapons system as bait well the bait has to be appealing or they wont bite.
They could also conceal these with ease until the moment they fire or simply spread them over a large area so they are less vulnerable to (cough-Iranian-cough) air strike.

Hmm "as threatening as a portable toilet" wouldn't it be perfect if these could be disguised as portable toilets. Even if the enemy considered the idea, they would at the same time see every porta-loo as a target.
The most dangerous insurgency uses guerilla tactics to pen in and spy on us to direct larger foreign forces as Viet-Cong sets up Tet Offensive for NVA (possibly Al Quaeda set up Eid Offensive by Iran). No offence Muslims, I know how holy Eid is but Tet was sacred as well.
