this isn't just a problem in other countries. the fallacy is that asia has the highest number of crimes such as this in comparison with other english speaking countries. it may have the highest number of reported or investigated crimes of this nature, but the problem is that elite institutions everywhere have these "rape parties" and sex crime rings that go unchecked because of the status of the institutions and of the directors that run them.

i live in japan, and if u wear tanktops or mini skirts that are totally normal in america, ppl stare at you, and the men wont stop looking at ur boobs.
