I believe non-Americans can join our military as long as their American citizens. Anyways, out of the 5 main US Military branches, which has the most advanced aircrafts and pilots?

The airforce, they get all the funding for it. The others just use stop gap aircraft.

I wouldn't go that far. The most advanced fighter is the USAF F-22. The Navy has good fighters too though. Super Hornets are nasty, and the Growler is a whole new set of capabilities the Air Force hasn't even thought about.
