I agree with fine eye on everything. Except I think there needs to be a strong push agaisnt Taliban forces in Afghanistan because of the danger they pose to all of the western countries. I have total respect for the troops there and all over the world.

The lads are doing a great job over there. Alot of people have the misconception that the Taliban are shit. Most of them have grown up with war and the statistics of coalition fatalities is a reminder of what our guys are up against.
I've got nothing but respect for our guys fighting there. I don't agree that we should be over there, but they've been given a job to do and show nothing but professionalism which is why British are the best military force in the world for its size.

that slodier has class thats why he excused himself .
I also take my hat off to the brits ,they are some tough mofos, they had a real hard time in Basara Iraq also.
The taliban are no joke, they are fighting to keep what is theirs and it is hard to beat a religous fighter fighting for allah and country.
hopefully all the countys fightimg in afghanistan will be able to go home soon

There are some good military forces in Afghanistan, the US, Australians, Brits and Dutch are the only ones doing anything major...

lol @ soldier saying "excuse me" how's that for being calm under fire lol.
remember guys us Brits aint the only ones out there...and ,while it is true we tend to get more than our fair share of "nasty" missions, there are numerous countries out there doing their part and we are all losing friends out there.
