geez, calm down. i know perfectly well of the threat that our society is facing through advancing technology and how it intimidates the integrity of human intelligence, and also how china's growing population and power is slowly taking over america's place as the world leading country. don't judge someone solely based off of a stupid comment they left on youtube.

what do you mean a computer that "will exceed the capabilities of human brain"? thats totally retarded if you are talking about creating artificial intelligence, we are far far away from that... we have 200GB in our desk computers and use myspace woooow what a technological advance! i bet one of these days my wii is gonna rebel and bite me in the arse.

Following in that thought, very little degrees are actually outdated very fast at all. People have a mental image of computer degrees becomming out of date super fast, but that's not how it is at all!

The bulk of computer tech is old, old, old stuff. The algorithms to project 3D vertices onto a 2D plane? _Hundreds_ of years old. The math? Thousands. The computing architecture? From the 60s.

The iPhone runs a modernized, dressed up UNIX.

Nothing that'll break your degree. No new concepts.
