This guy(Jerry Miculek) used a modified S&W Model 66 with a special "V"-shaped, ported barrel from S&W Performance Center. Ed McGivern is the true worlds fastest shooter. McGivern used a stock Smith & Wesson M&P Target revolver with a 6" barrel. McGivern did 5 shots in .45 seconds. No one has come close. Jerry Miculek tried it and did 5 shots .57 seconds.
