read this book ~ cried my heart out, he crashed days b4 my birthday ~ glad they managed 2 save him. my dad was in leeds hospital a few years l8r but unfortunately he did die :( R.I.P. daddy x

Just had to share. I purchased this book from amazon last week. It arrived on the 2nd October and I finished it tonight, 4th. I was moved beyond words. He is an amazing person, he started out with nothing and worked his way to where he is today. His wife (who i am so jealous of....lol) is also a strong dedicated women. Reading her side of the story brought me to tears.

if u haven't read his book its amazing!!! it show wot a fantastic guy he is and how much his family mean to him and how musch he means to his family. it amazing to see how mindy coped with his accident and how she so briliantly looked after him and their daughters!! she is really and amazing women!! also the top gear team should be congratulated with the way they supported the family during the ordeal! its just such a shame they had to go to the lenghts they did to keep away from the press!
