This is a videoclipe i've made for this Steely Dan song. This is mine visual ideia of the words and music by Fagen/Becker. The images came from public domain images of burlesque's dancers from the 50's. Hope you enjoy. Here's the lyrics for the song:

Exotic mental imagery of too much, too young and the potion that kills a conventional marriage. True love between a man and woman thrives not on all the fast feelings, but rather the slow feelings of love and respect. God help the rich and famous and the narcisstic. They can't tell the difference between boredom and peace.

Wow, Becker can play some bad bass too, doesn't he play Bass on goucho also...? Credo, another smidge of potentially daft triv, wasn't Cevy Chase in the original lineup also

That really threw me. Looked it up and Chase played drums with them just before they named the band Steely Dan. Apparently they were really good friends before he joined the band. Also Becker played bass a couple of albums including Gaucho. The list of musicians on that album is like a who's who in the mega musicians world - even more than Aja I think. Personally I prefered the bass lines of Rainey and Felder through the years but Becker is a Jack of All
