Wrong. This game was made by Flagship, they have nothing to do with Diablo 3. They originally were Blizzard staff on like Diablo 1 or 2 though. Can't remember.

fine ok they quit w/e they still used to be part of blizzard and u said it yourself, they participated in diablo 1 or 2, which means the concept and gameplay for this game is linked to diablo.
