B-2 bomber crash at Guam
BackThis is edited together from US Air Force video and reconstruction animation of the Northrop Grumman B-2 crash at Guam on February 23, 2008. The crash was caused by moisture in the air-data pressure sensors - a known problem, with a known fix that was never written down

I can remember way back learning about their declassification during the Persian Gulf war. Sometimes bad things happen to the best made machines.

It looks like he just pulled up too hard too soon.
The plane before it pulled up far more gradually and farther down the runway.

it has nothing to do with the pilots or the computer. They said it was a result of ice in one of the wing mechanism which was thawing and may have shortened the circuit panel of the computer board. That was why it wasnt showing on their instruments.

hahahaha!that is a funny one, ice messing up the system, especially when it happened on a tropical island! Guam, with ice, it was in a hanger which was about 98degrees in the shade, and it had ice in its system! im from guam, you tell me where ice can last expect when it is in my cooler! hahahaha! that is some funny stuff!

it's the computer's fault. So it's the example of advanced technology : )
