At the Riverside (CA) RC Club float fly at Lake Perris, on 10/8/2000, the second test flight of the Quarter Scale Grumman Widgeon. Designed by Al Franklin, built by Oscar Weingart, flown by Dan Egelhoff. 10 ft.wingspan, 44 lb. JAG Ryobi 31cc engines. 1941 J4F-1 Coast Guard colors. Won Pilot's Choice Award at the 2000 London Bridge Classic float fly at Lake Havasu, AZ. Available as a short kit from G&P Sales.
