To me it is a fact. Anyone can criticize anyones' beliefs, there's no 'right' here, just opinions. I don't agree with him on grounds that I'd like to consider quite informed, not ignorant, but if you think so, ok. I was a little bitter, sorry for that, and I won't pursue this.

I don't mind Alex Grey. What he expresses is profound. But I don't think he's correct in saying our world is a creation of our conscious. I think that's the wonderful Mr Grey being misled by the patterns that are the very bottom of his conscious. I think he is being lied to. You must understand how deep the mind goes, how powerful it is, in its' ability to make one believe, anything. Throbbing lights, geometrical shapes, 'oneness' - it's all just the fabric of human conscious. It is NOT REAL.

And I think that you have no right criticizing alex grey's beliefs and affirming that he is incorrect and misled like it's some kind of fact. And I think that in doing so you have proven to everyone that you are in fact very ignorant.

As for fearing something you don't understand - there is such a thing us completely missing the point of something such as 'philosophy' and yet believing you've got it. How bold of you to say philosophers are full of shit. Send me a copy of your latest magnum opus and we'll talk.

Who cares if college books or philosophers credit these people. They will always be remembered, so obviously their way of life and philosophy worked out pretty well.
