so if i go to a paint retail store with intention to buy paint so i can hit a piece i am not suppose to pay for it? if everyone did that street culture shops would go out of business and we would have to use shity cans from hardware shops. any one who says you skills in graffiti depends on whether you pay for your cans on not deserves a fist to the eye.
