Well it's possible he might have had something called asperger's syndrome.

Normal society often refers to this as a 'disorder' but it really reflects upon our society which wants to label things as a problem if they don't follow the path of social normalness. Asperger's could be labelled a difference that can lead to amazingly unique results!

However, nothing interesting or amazing is ever created by normal society!

I have several questions:
#1- Did Bach arrange this himself from the Violin Concerto in a-moll BWV 1041?
#2- Why is it transposed to g-moll?

#1 Actually, it's the other way around. The violin concerto is the transcription, which is why BWV is sometimes labelled "ohne Bezeichnung". This was done by J. S. Bach himself, as he did with several of his other pieces. This in itself is both a testament to the sheer musicality of his works, i.e. the fact that they don't rely on sonority, and an argument for playing this on a piano rather than a cembalo.
#2 I really can't say for sure. What I can say is that this is usual for Bach.
