The objective of Crossfit is to increase work capacity over broad time and modal domains. Fitness-wise, it is the best thing that I ever came upon.

Just finished yesterday my first 5 days of Crossfit, after 15 years of laziness and I'm a walking pain. But I'm adicted to it!! Everyday my body hurts but I find myself driving at the end of the day to do my WOD...

Muscle ups are a definite no-no for me, thanks to be bum shoulder, but I'm still interested in this routine.
