To those who "think" Verdine is faking it, shame on you!!! After Bootsie Collins, Verdine is unequivocally THE single most influential bassist in funk, R & B, soul and even rock music. He brings virtuosity and jua de vive to every note he plays. And yes, he does play them!

Morris Pleasure is one of the finest musicians on the planet today. Not only does he play bass, keys, flute, guitar and anything else he decides to pick up, he plays them all with virtuosity, personality and soul. He is also one of the more decent people on the planet. Rock on MoPlay!

Of the original members, Verdine was the only one with real enthusiasm and positivity when I saw them last summer. The others had a pretty shitty attitude the whole show. For me it really brought the show down.
