I don't think you could really stick to the truth in this case to make a great horror film. He didn't kill this many people, and definitely not in the manner of the trailer. But no one wants to watch a dude fashioning a belt out of nipples for 2 hours.

WARNING: Do not waste your money on this peice of shit film. I have seen "Raising Jeffrey Dahmer" from the same director, and although I haven't seen this, I could tell from the Lionsgate logo and the somewhat cheesy preview that the movie is from the same director.

corpses depleted. the only way he could get the fresh skin is directly after they have been buried. now, did they searched for missing corpses in the cemetery to check on his story?
because there would be traces, like missing bones.. (his crime began about 3years before they found it). just ask him to point out which grave he took from. but the police didnt do this. wonder why...
anyway, u go and believe this guy's story if u want to. probably how he tricked his 'victims'.
