Lack of organization, thanks to COINTELPRO. Africa is now offering free land for diasporant Blacks and giving us dual citizenship, which thousands have already taken advantage of. Its called economic pression, Most of the worlds resources are exported (stolen) from Africa being, fought over between Arabs and American Companies.

I honestly dont think anyone runs the world. I mean some people have much more power than others but i dont believe anyone runs the entire world. I bleieve there are many people who run many sections of the world, but the idea of a world order is silly to me.

Garvey's movement was world wide and working. The entire world begam upset by his efforts to take blacks out of America and to Africa. The FBI intervened and put Garvey in Prison and confiscated his shipping company assets, paid for by black Americans. J. Edgar Hoover was the ring leader.

He did say that quote but that was just one part of his many speeches. He was a black suprimacist and i dont see any other way of looking at it. He looked down on white people and wished to start an all black african empire that he would be president of. This is history not my opinion. Perhaps he wanted peace but the peace he wanted was peace by separation instead of peace by unity.

Africa and Mesopotamia were in peace until Scythians and Anatolians invaded, dissplacing the original Semitic tribes anthropologist identified as Galla and Somali (ethiopic). Garvey wished to return Blacks in the Diaspora back to Africa. Because of the FBI effort to shut him down, Blacks will never learn about Egyptian or Yisraelite tribes they once belonged to, like the DNA kohen tested IGBO and Yoruban.
