An 80s sci-fi and medical spoof aired in 2004 on the UK's Channel 4. The Darkplace team are close friends of the Mighty Boosh and have been performing together for ages. There are guest appearences in Darkplace from the Boosh. You may recognise Darkplace's Lucien Sanchez and Dean Learner as the Boosh's Dixon Bainbridge and Saboo.

wait a flipping minute!-how did you know i like it crowd,firstly?(unless you read my channel)i'm a little freaked on various levels because i just discovered about an hour ago that series 3 of it crowd has already been filmed and i was waiting to be confirmed for tickets to go see the filming and never got it!and now you're telling me that it starts on friday!!how the hell can i be so out of the loop!?!so it's on next friday on channel 4?bloody brilliant.thanks

I think its supposed it be like that. The show is about lampooning poor 80's production vaules on televison shows, afterall! ;-)
