The brave Russian patriots- skinheads kill 9-years old girls on the streets but Russian government has done nothing expect denying that such problem exist.

The chain of command seems to be clear at this point: Russian Neo-Nazi hooligans, the NSO, the Nazi political wing, right up to Putin himself. No need to pay for the training by the NSO because they are on the government dole, essential making Russia a state sponsor of terrorism. It proves that kamizakes never act alone.
