if iam right it is a albanian bagpipe called misnica. can be nice to have more info on the pipe. the old piper very nice, his playing very tight. if there is a CD of him let me know! Thanks the posting.

It is from Kosova Albania Albanians from Macedonia and Montenegro.

Tradiconal dance Misnica it is Albanian Tradicional Dance.
Whe have many other Folk Tradicional dance with Gajde today only some Albanian in Montenegro use this Tradicional dance.
