there could also be the fact that we are the first to come to this point the others are all to primitive and the ones before us are at the other side of the galaxy and left to there in prehistory

I think that there is very little chance that we make it, if they didn't why should we be any different? Where they even more violent race that us? It's hard to imagine...

Of course it's not what he's talking about. I was saying that you shouldn't label a philosophy as murderous without actually studying it, which cuervo obviously didn't do either. You have to decide for yourself what the best path to self-advancement is. Michio Kaku is a scientist; he studies his subjects before assuming he knows anything about them. That's all I'm saying, keep an open mind.

You're right about Satanism. But it is in no way what Dr. Kaku is talking about. Sure, Satanists claim to be followers of logic, reason, philosophy.. but my understanding of Satanism (one belief in particular) also says it endorses and encourages suffering to those you consider enemies. Correct me if I'm wrong, but nothing concerning pain and suffering to others is an ideal path towards "self-advancement". ya dig??

All of life and all things in the universe(s) can be represented numerically. Type 0,1,2,3 etc civilization representation makes perfect sense if you can read patterns both in nature and in human history.
