you just saw how the bullets ripped thru steel plates... which is pretty much what the army has to offer, dragonskin is better. (and funny enuf the army banned dragonskin 2 months before they claimed to have tested it)

its not likely that you will be shot in the head when running unless theres a sniper there, usually people go for the bigger target , being your torso or perhaps the legs.
