Fox News Edits Criticism of McCain Out of Daily Show Clip?

Now that Fox News has taken to spinning for John McCain in addition to spinning for Pres. GW Bush, I wasn't surprised to see Fox News take a Daily Show clip and edit out not just the criticism of McCain but all mention of McCain even though that was actually the joke as you can see from the clips and my commentary in this video.

You can see the entire May 29, 2008, segment from "The Daily Show" from which I took my clip (and from which Fox News took its shorter clip) on the Comedy Central website at:

Hey lady, as Phil Donahue once told your friend Bill O'Reilly: Loud and aggressive doesn't make right.

Rupert Murdoch's Fox News has promoted the lies of the Bush clan for 8 years. Bush's approval rating by the American public is now by far the lowest in the 222-year history of our nation.

Fox courted a losing horse, a colossal, historic loser. Now they too are losers - before the eyes of the whole world. And their ratings keep dropping steadily.

The American people have had enough!

liberalviewer you are such a hypocrite. you're also editing fox clips and adding in your propagandistic voice to manipulate youtube viewers.

The pathetic thing about Fox News is that they keep trying to use clips from Stewart's "The Daily Show" as if they, too, are hip and in on the joke. Stewart should sue Fox for misrepresenting what he said or something. Or he and everyone else who has ever been deliberately misrepresented on that channel could have a class action suit. Bankrupt that Aussie bastard in a perfect world.

Plus the red screen is annoying. Use something easy on the eyes, please.

I agree that I could watch more videos if he left out the intro and outro. That "I youtube, you decide" jingle isn't catchy at all, either.

anyone with half a brain already knows fox news only preaches to its choir. being that it is a cia program and there's cia operatives working there undercover, maybe obama could put an end to that

Wow, brilliant, profound! Fox News is partisan? The Daily Show makes jokes about Republicans? I don't believe it! Fantastic investigative work, Sherlock.

Seriously man? Did you spend much time on this. Oy vey. If you you're gonna waste my time and yours by posting cleverly (and I use "cleverly" loosely") edited videos with creepy voice overlays, the least you could do is say something that isn't regurgitated rhetoric.
