Living Fossil the "Coelacanth" caught by local fisherman in North Sulawesi Indonesia. The coelacanth or "Dino Fish" dates back to the dinosaur
period some 65 milion years ago.

No fossils of coelacanths may have ever been found in the same layers as human fossils, but they have been found in the same layers as dinosaur fossils - yet we know coelacanths and humans do live together, because they still do in the present world. In other words, just because we don't find fossils of certain creatures (or plants) together with humans in the fossil record, it doesn't mean they didn't live at the same time as man. The coelacanth proves that.

People need to understand that evolution depends on many more heretible factors than just DNA. Your DNA only contains instructions for *modifiying* cells, not building them. All the cells in your body are (modified) clones of the original egg cell you got from mom. Replicating cellular factors are just as much a part of your genetic inheritance as your DNA.
