yeah it is. physically all ball hitting the crossbar twice in one shot are goals!!!! :D but sickest penalty ive ever seen three times cross bar in one shoot ^^

btw the penalty on 3:18 as you can see in slomo that ball crosses twice the goal line. so it was a goal ^^
