The Security and Prosperity Proposal is trying to pave the way for the North American Union, which similar to the European Union has the goal of creating a common currency for all of Canada, US, and Mexico.

There are very negative implications of such a move such as one government essentially controlling the economic (and probably other) policies of all three sovereign nations.

This is all being pushed by the Central Banks. The master plan is a global currency and global economic control.

It's not just in Canada, this happened at the DNC convention too. They cops were found out, but didn't make national news.

SPP: security and prosperity partnership between Canada, US, and Mexico. The presidents of each have met every year to discuss this. It essentially erases the borders as far as security goes. It's a precursor to the NAU. Search for "lou dobbs SPP" and watch those videos, you'll find out more.
