This film is my favorite of the Flint movies. I liked him better then Bond when I was a kid. Does anyone know if they were going to do a third film? I had heard they talked about it but did not do it. Is this true?

Papillon has to be Jerry Goldsmith's best score.

By the way , when u build Collossus put in auto destruct that will be automatically engaged unless specific code is entered every 30 days.

There was a long comment Flint made before he said,"Ladies, forget it" ;it was basically about how the grass is always greener on the other side, ect., ect.
it ran way too long at 2+minutes and the producer cut it...over Coburn's objections of course.
That's way his comment ("ladies...") seems so abrupt an out of sync w/ rest of scene... cause it is.

I'd heard about that! He compares the women's proposed new order replacing the old as the other side of the same coin, adding 'if it's a slug on one side it's a slug on the other'. If they really wanted to they could've trimmed a LOT more than 2+ minutes out of this movie and kept it in.

You have his "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea"
episodes? He only did a few.

He did exactly ONE - Jonah and the Whale. And I do have the score for it.

As to Colossus..I would do that..but the Defense Department has other ideas .. like Skynet

Funny thing about the Flint pictures: they were made by Saul David, the same producer of one of the landmark SF films of all time, "Fantastic Voyage". Mr. David later made another memorable SF film, "Logan's Run" in the 70's.
