Bruce The Diego Garcia Eel

This is a vid of feeding Bruce the eel. Found him while skin diving in the lagoon behind the CPO club durring OIF deployment in Diego Garcia. He was always in the same place and it took me about a week to lure him out with slim jims and get him to take them from my hand. It was a rocky start, I still have the scar. I named him Bruce after the IFT (in flight tech) on our crew. He stayed in his room at the BEQ in Dodge playing X-box the whole time we were there. the only time he opened the door and showed himself is when the CPO club delivery guy showed up with his pizza, and then he only came out far enough to pay never putting down the control. I just heard form a MA2 that was there that he was killed. I'll miss you Bruce the eel....
